South Chatham Village Guestroom Rental

Guest Apartment Rental Policy:

Approved by the Board of Directors: November 2002

There is one guest apartment available to the tenants for occasions where they might have visitors staying overnight. The guest apartment has 2 single beds, a private 3 piece bathroom and a TV. Fridge, stove, microwave, etc.

1. Tenants entertaining visitors must contact the Superintendent
for reservations of the guestrooms.

2. The rental fee is $30.00 per night for the a single person, $ 35 for 2 people
and $ 40 for 3 or more.

3. A time limit for one party to occupy the guestroom will be as follows:
a. 21 days for visitors prom Europe (i.e. Netherlands)
b. 14 days for visitors from out-of-town Canada or USA

4. The tenants shall supply all necessary linens (bedding and towels).

5. Tenants are responsible for making sure the guestrooms are left in

good order after their guests leave.
